Booking Guide
Booking with us is easy! Just follow the steps below, and we’ll get started on creating something beautiful together. ✨
1. Choose Your Artist & Submit Your Booking Form
Fill out the form with the following details:
Name
Date of Birth
Tattoo Description – Tell us what you’re thinking!
Inspiration or Ideas – Reference photos are very helpful so we can understand the style you want.
Estimated Size – This helps us give you a price estimate and to understand how much detail we can include.
Placement – You don’t need to be 100% certain where you want your piece! We’ll finalize placement together on the day of your appointment.
Budget – This helps the artist make sure they’re the right person for your piece and that your idea is realistic within your price range.
2. Booking Timeframe
SoCute Studio books 1–2 months at a time (for example: Jan–Feb, May–June).
I usually don’t fill up completely, so feel free to submit your form even if your date is coming up soon.
3. Pricing Basics
Minimum rate: $150
Want to get multiple tattoos in one session? You might qualify for a bundle discount!
4. Deposit & Confirmation
To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required.
This deposit will be applied to your final total.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo or Zelle
(PayPal is available for international clients only.)
Once the deposit is sent and confirmed, your appointment date and time are officially locked in!
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancelling within 72 hours of your appointment or not showing up means your deposit is non-refundable (to respect the artist’s prep time).
Need to reschedule? No problem — just let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment and have a new date in mind based on availability.
6. Design Process
Your artist will typically start designing a few days before your session.
We can make small adjustments together on the day of your appointment.
If you’d like to see your design in advance, we can schedule a quick studio visit to preview it in person.
